We will always try our best to position the toilet unit(s) wherever you would like them to go, but there are some guidelines that you should consider in advance of delivery:
- The single most important consideration is to ensure you have adequate space for a 4×4 Landrover Discovery with trailer to deliver the unit(s). As a rough guide, please allow 9ft width and 12ft height clearance at the site location. You will find the dimensions for each type of unit on the product pages of this website. Additional space needs to be allowed for manoeuvring, turning and getting in to trailer unit(s).
- Equipment should be placed on flat, firm ground (ideally gravel, tarmac, concrete or hard-standing), but can also be on grass as long as it’s not too wet!). We don’t want to damage lawns or driveways when man-handling units into their final position, so it’s always worth having a ‘Plan B’ for where to site the units as unfortunately we cannot be liable for any accidental damage caused on site.
- Please note that a 1 hour maximum time slot is allocated for delivery and collection and if our drivers are delayed whilst on site, then you will unfortunately be charged for additional time spent on site. This also has a knock-on effect on all our other customers so your co-operation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
